Quarterly Luncheons - Our luncheons are held once a quarter throughout the year and feature qualified speakers on a variety of industry related topics. These meetings give members the opportunity to network with fellow property owners,  professional managers, and industry suppliers on a regular basis.

Classes - We offer a number of various programs, seminars, and certification courses for multifamily housing professionals. Past topics include: Fair Housing, Property Management, Certified Pool Operator, EPA & HVAC Certifications, and Certified Apartment Manager.
