Pre-requisite: Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience (can be obtained during the candidacy period for CAM)

To earn the CAM credential, within 12 months of declaring candidacy, candidates must:

  • Successfully complete the CAM coursework, eight modules (40 hours) 
  • Receive a passing grade on the CAM online comprehensive exam
