Addie Carter

Addie has over 12 years of multifamily experience. She began her career with First Communities Management in 2013 as a leasing consultant. Through her ambition and passion for the industry, she has continued to work her way up in the company and now holds her current position of Regional Manager, with Asset Living. In her current role, she oversees properties across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. managing over 600 units.

Addie is an active member of the Augusta and Columbia Apartment Associations. She is a 2024 graduate of the AAGC Leadership Lyceum. She holds a South Carolina property manager license and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
