Instructor Bio: Desiree Starr is the Senior Vice President of Program Development for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. Her responsibilities include overseeing the program development and events of AAGO, and to develop classroom and online learning opportunities. In addition, she has earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential, and is a member of the NAAEI Faculty.
