Membership Benefits

Monthly Membership Meetings and Networking Opportunities
The AAGA meets the third Wednesday of every month 12:30 p.m. The doors are open at 12:00 to allow for networking opportunities.

Continuing Education Courses
AAGA features programs such as CAM, Fair Housing, Leasing, Pool Regulations, Safety Courses, Marketing, HVAC classes and other continuing education courses throughout the year.

Tradeshow
AAGA holds an annual tradeshow for all associate members to showcase their products and services to the apartment communities.

Annual Holiday Gala
This is our annual event to help give back to the community. All donations and monies raised through our annual holiday gala and auction are presented to various organizations and or charities.

Annual Golf Tournament
This event allows the AAGA to host a Charity Golf Tournament for its members to help raise funds for local charities.

Committees

Auction Committee
The Auction Committee’s purpose is to coordinate and develop the annual charity auction held during our Holiday Gala event in which the proceeds shall be donated to the charity selected for that year. (Board approved)

Education Committee/ Program Committee
The purpose of the Education / Program committee is to provide the members with informative and enlightening classes, seminars and continuing education courses relevant to the multi family organization and to plan monthly speakers.  This committee works year-round and is vital to our organization.

Golf Committee
The purpose of the Golf Committee is to promote the goodwill of the AAGA in the community by hosting an annual Charity Golf Tournament for its members.  Through this tournament, efforts will be made to raise funds to be donated to a local charity (as approved by the board).

Membership Committee
The purpose of the Membership committee is to work to help ensure growth in membership of the AAGA.  The committee’s goals are reached through recruitment of new members.  This committee also acts as ambassadors for the AAGA in welcoming the new and prospective members.

Phone and Welcome Committee
The purpose of this committee is to inform and bring together the direct associate members of the association for fellowship through communication of upcoming events.  It is this committee’s responsibility to contact every member two weeks prior to an upcoming event.

Tradeshow Committee

The purpose of the tradeshow committee is to plan and implement the Tradeshow that allows associate members the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the direct members of the association.
