About Us

The Apartment Association of Greater Augusta is a non-profit, trade association dedicated to the professional advancement of the multi-family housing industry in the Central Savannah River area (CSRA). The AAGA is affiliated with the National Apartment Association  (NAA) and the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA).

The Apartment Association of Greater Augusta office staff is available from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm weekdays.  The association is professioanlly managed by Capitol Consultants, Inc. located in Columbia, SC.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the AAGA is to serve, promote and protect the interest of the multi-family industry through education, legislation, communication and community involvement.  It is the association’s goal to improve the industry by uniting professional property management with its products and services members (Associates).   This association offers a variety of membership benefits and services that enable members to achieve their personal and professional goals.
